Patriot Urgent Care - Rockville

From the minute I walked into Patriot Urgent Care Rockville, I felt warm and welcomed. The staff is impeccable, kind, caring and very attentive. I received the best care I have ever received from an "urgent care" facility. The facility was very clean. Neat and as I said before welcoming. I love the fact that they follow up and told me that I could call or come back in. If I had any questions or concerns about my health issues I will be returning again. And thank you so much for the warm and loving care that I received.

I recently visited Patriot Urgent Care for the 2nd time over the course of the year. I was even more impressed, than I was the first time. It was easy and efficient to schedule and register online prior to my appointment. Service was prompt, staff was friendly, and my PA was professional, concise, cordial, nicely explained my condition and next steps, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was a relatively quick visit, but I did not feel rushed. I felt seen, heard, and at ease with the diagnosis. I highly recommend this Patriot Urgent Care location.

Everyone was just very polite, caring concerning and the two people that I saw the triage nurse and then the NP or whatever Dr I saw they were just amazing. Very very concerned very thorough. First time I’ve ever been there and yes, it’s probably one of if not the best outpatient walk-in type facility that I’ve ever been to.

The front desk associate was amazing, juggling her tasks with the greatest of ease and not once appearing to being overwhelmed. Dr. Lee was cool too. Thanks for addressing my healthcare needs! Rad H.

Quick and easy, as urgent care should be. Much better than the other UC's nearby. Whenever my asthma and bronchitis acts up, this is where I'm coming. They always listen fully and are respectful and empathetic. Just know that the facility does not have MD's, it is PA's and NP's only. For urgent care issues, that's all you really need.
