Clean, sterile, professional and patient facility/staff. I had a nightmare of an experience at Medstar urgent care. I decided to give Patriot a shot and I am glad that I did. From the receptionist that I encountered Saturday morning to the (P.A. or N.P.) Maya Martin, and the Medical assistant who triaged me, they all were professional, patient and kind which made all the difference. Maya afforded me the opportunity to discuss my symptoms without feeling rushed or overlooked. The process to reserve an appointment online was easy and they didn’t bombard me with questions at the desk in front of everyone that I answered online already… it really was just easy and smooth. Fast check in and was called to be seen just as quick. HIGHLY recommend!

I came in February 19, 2022 in the am. It is bad to wake up out of your sleep and have nausea, puking. It’s difficult to get sleep, my experience, personally, was unbelievable, the main problem is the wait time.. a patient shouldn’t have to wait hours and hours just to get treatment for their condition! I got tired of sitting there for so long, for hours. I had to get up & go to the bathroom because that’s what my symptoms required me to do! Very bad abdominal pain. When I got to the back, I was surprised because the rooms were so empty & I came there early, no one was really there. It was a super rare amount of patients there! But when I was in the bathroom, I hear the doctor at the front desk reception calling my name hang in there, we coming to you! But when, I’m tired of waiting. I was

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive. I was seen quickly, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated how caring and efficient everyone was. Highly recommend.
