Patrick Terry

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Terry, it has always been the opposite! It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about the patients he sees and will listen to any concerns you have. He does a great job of explaining the approach he takes to any issues you might be having and he will invest time into making sure everything is going well with your health. I had an unfortunate experience with a medication I was taking and he called almost immediately to make sure I was fine and touched base later in the day too. It wasn’t something that got put off until the clinic was open the next day. For me personally, finding care like that is hard to come by and I recommend him to anyone seeking a Dr. who will truly care about YOU. I started seeing Dr Patrick Terry a few months ago as a new patient and have made a good connection with him. My appointments have been very informative of what is going on with me. It is easy to communicate with him during office visits with Dr Terry. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to trying to get in contact with him or his nurses regarding lab results is so incredibly hard and communication is 100% important to me. I understand Doctors have a very fast paced, busy work schedule but having to wait for a week for lab test follow ups personally stressed me out more. Recently I last had a last minute visit with him regarding shoulder pain. He listened closely and his visit summaries on MyThedaChart have always been very detailed. In office visits I give 5 stars!

Unprofessional. Laughs in your face. Doesn’t ask what’s going on nor asks about concerns. Took my 14 month old into urgent care due to a high fever for a few days, not eating or drinking, inconsolable, irritable, physically could tell his muscles ached, stiff neck, extremely hot to the touch, rapid breathing etc. Patrick Terry did not do an exam, only checked my child’s ears and said they looked good to sent me home and said, “I can’t tell you what’s wrong but if he doesn’t have a wet diaper in 12 hours go to the er” he also laughed in my face when I asked if there’s a chance he has a specific bacterial infection. I’m a 27 year old nurse myself and know the signs to look for when something serious is happening. I’ll be spending another $200 to bring my poor child to a different doctor tom
