Let's start with the fact that 1) the administrators are incompetent and rude. 2) the offices are not clean, they don't have time to clean after clients, the equipment is old, the lighting equipment is broken. 3) they make an appointment at 12:00, you come and wait 2 hours, and no one even says sorry, as if it's normal. 4) I sit and cry from the pain, they "treated" the tooth for half a year, then a canal, then something else, in the end they ground down the tooth and put in a crown, now it hurts more than initially

I spent over $6,000 out of pocket, on top of the fortune they billed my insurance, to fix just seven teeth. After all that, I had to see a different dentist to redo their work because they used cheap materials and clearly had no experience with crowns.

I wish I could give them zero star, very rude and unprofessional staff. Every single one of them wanted to argue with me just because I went there walk in and didn’t make appointment, I had to wait over 2 hours and they were keep telling me doctor is not going to be able to do anything for me. Don’t waste your time and money going there. All they care about is money that’s all.

Always a great experience. I've had work done on several teeth and am very pleased with both the service and the quality of the work.

I have been to Patrick Minassian’s office for two root canals on my tooth 13&14. After the second one, Aileen, one of the secretaries, made an appointment to come and get the two teeth filled and as she said it was part of the root canal. After showing up for appointment, sat down for 15-20 minutes in the unit, she came back saying I have to pay 180 to get this two filled and you must do crown and filling does not help. I told her this is exactly opposite of what she said last time and crown was optional. Also, I asked her why did she make an appointment for filling my two teeth and she did not say anything and keep saying I need crown. Long story short, they declined to fill my tooth. They don’t seem to care about their clients and to me it looks like its about the money for them. I will
