Dr is pleasant enough. Unfortunately very hard to understand, seems eager to get out of the room which is a bummer when your dealing with possible cardiac issues. But the big killer is the staffing you deal with on the other end. Kurt and sometime downright unprofessional.

Just ok. Not the friendliest and trying to shoo away as quick as possible. Not really listening that well and I’m a nurse who worked in cardiology so definitely making his job easier as I’m very knowledgeable and again didn’t really want to listen to everything I needed to say. I’ll be happier to see a PA next time

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chan-Lam for over two years. I find him to be very knowledgeable and personable. He performed my cardioversion at Kenmore Mercy to correct a-fib and everything has been great since. He listens and answers questions you may have and spends time to go over concerns. I could not be happier, highly recommended.

I had an an appointment scheduled and cancelled to see a different DR from another practice at an earlier date. I called to schedule to another appt for another opinion and they refused care! Since when am I not allowed to see who I want? I do not have a right to change my mind and see someone else? I wouldn't recommend Trinity Medical! Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr Patrick has been my cardilogist since 2004 and I can say HE IS THE BEST he listens and is compassionate and cares about his patients. Go see him
