Since 0 wasn't an option, 1 will have to do... I saw Dr. Murrey on Oahu in January 2025 for a sports injury I’ve been dealing with for years. At that appointment I was told to try a few things and follow up via email after a couple of months. I followed those instructions and emailed in April. I never received a response. From May through June I repeatedly followed up by email and phone, leaving multiple voicemails. Most of the time no one responded. When I finally spoke with someone in July, I was told my email would be placed on the doctor’s desk. Despite continuing to follow up, I still never received any response. Dr. Murray cared for my son after his pinky finger was traumatically amputated by an e-foil surfing accident. I am very thankful for his care! However, his billing department sent me multiple bills for our office visits even though I paid the bills and submitted proof of my cancelled checks. I talked to Melia on the phone, I mailed in copies of my cancelled checks, I sent a letter of explanation, and still received bills saying my payment was overdue. I finally gave up and paid the bill again!! I will keep Google Review posted as to whether they finally apply my payments to our account.

This man is the best ortho surgeon out there the fact that he not only saved my life but gave it back I still have pain sometimes but the fact that I crushed my pelvis on top of an open book fracture, broke my back, with an open compound of my femur and today still walking and was able to have a child whom now I can chase around is amazing. Drs see my X-rays in amazement of his work and even sometimes ask me to keep my X-rays. Dr Murray even though I left Hawaii I thank you everyday for saving my life and making me want to pursue a career in nursing.

My mom was visiting from the mainland and was having knee pains. She has Medicaid and we called a few doctors. Dr. Murray’s office were able to fit her in their schedule the next day. Dr. Murray and his staff were very nice and helpful getting my mom x-rayed and her knee looked at. Thank you all

He went beyond the call, avoided nerves that others wouldn't have bothered with dodging during the surgery, and his attention to detail is very appreciated. 13 years down the line and still doing great! Mahalo Dr. Murray!
