EXTREMELY RUDE. Their front desk and office is extremely incompetent. She’s nasty and claims she’s a “different practice”. How’s that possible when you work for catholic health? And when you get upset that your appointment was cancelled because they don’t have your medical records (I’ve only seen them the last few years so how don’t they have them?) they basically laugh in your face and say too bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM at the Rockville Centre location, which was confirmed via text and still showed on MyChart at 12:00 PM. But when I arrived, I was told the doctor was actually in Hicksville. The appointment was canceled at the last second without any notice, and no one answered the phone when I tried calling. DO NOT COME IF YOU UBER OR LYFT. DOCTOR IS ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING PAID!!!!! Have to make a review after my experience this afternoon with this office and Patrisha Tassinari. First, they called me about 4 times since I made an appointment last week to “confirm”… one said I need x, one said I don’t need x I need y, one said I need nothing, all said I never confirmed. Already discombobulated employees. This should have been my first sign that the doctor in charge doesn’t care about the practice. Calling them though? Impossible. I had my appointment today, which my Lyft was running late, of course. I called them 4 times… 3 times I was hung up on. Horrible! I think they are more concerned with getting patients literally in and out as fast as they can. I feel as if they over look things. They are in a rush half the time. Really all's you care about is the time and I personally think they need to start paying attention to blood work more and listen to patients concerns more often and not strugging things off. One of MA once asked me if I have depression and I said yes I do because I do have depression. She goes on to tell me how only people who stay inside are depressed and don't want to go out. That is text book definition and makes me sick. I will never go to this office again.
