Unfortunately, this office has the most disrespectful and unprofessional scheduler my family has ever encountered. It took multiple days to get through to a person. After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes today, I could speak to a person. The woman was unbelievably rude, said the office is booked out over 7 months and when I started to ask a question she hung up on me! I still am in shock at how unprofessional the woman handling the schedule is. Obviously, I do not recommend and would give “zero” stars if I could. Go somewhere else where people are nice, kindness matters!
Love this office. Dr. Satterfield treated my wife's skin cancer and did a fabulous job with the smallest scar ever. Real pro!
Office staff is very rude and I'm having problems with billing. I will not go back!
