Stopped going to them years ago. The Dr is excellent but her front desk must have been going through menopause. Real snippy! Her helper wanted to speak to me in ghetto talk since I’m originally from the mainland. Changed to Dr Carlton Yuen & now the lady doctor under him at Aloha Visions Aiea Medical Bldg.

Staff was super friendly! There was a mistake where I wasn't put down for my appointment but when I showed up they still squeezed me in and were as sweet as ever! I really appreciate that! Some places would've just said "Oopsie, please reschedule". I was in and out! Efficent and friendly :)

The staff is friendly and helpful, I especially love Sally. Dr. Ichimura is a true professional who is both patient and knowledgeable. Best optometrist I have visited in my 40 year history of visiting optometrists.

Sally at the front desk is the best! she is super kind, helpful and knowledgeable!!!

she always takes as much time as necessary with me, no rush so far Rx's have been good. sometimes hard to get appt.
