I literally called this morning with an eye emergency. They didn’t have any a availability. I understand that but there was no empathy and the person who answered the phone literally hung up on me w abruptly after I told her it was my 3rd call but I’d keep trying to find someone. I hope phone calls are recorded and whomever sees this verified what I am saying. That’s no way to treat anyone. Especially a patient with an eye emergency who’s literally desperately looking for help. A little kindness and care goes a long way.

Had first visit in 2015. Very pleased with level of care received.
