William Crunk PA-C was a amazing provider for my son, he was great with putting him at ease and making him laugh. Genuinely one of my families best medical experiences to date. That experience was not confined to William...the entire staff from the intake at front desk to all the medical professionals we encountered before getting in front of William was amazing to deal with. Was really great to receive this kind of treatment on a Sunday morning with a child sick with the flu.

Dr crunk was very caring and listened to all my concerns. I felt listened to and diagnosed and would Come back 1000% and recommend to everyone. Staff was kind and caring and initially told me an hour wait but it wasn’t even 20-30 minutes which is fast for walk in clinics. I was in and out within an hour. 10/10

I've always had positive experiences at this urgent care location, which is why my recent visit was so disappointing. During this visit, I did not feel that the level of pain I was experiencing was fully acknowledged or taken seriously. The interaction felt dismissive, and at times I felt judged rather than supported as a patient seeking care. I also want to clarify that I was not seeking narcotic medication. I was requesting a non-narcotic pain reliever, which has been offered to me at this location in the past without issue. This experience was not consistent with the compassionate and professional care I have previously received here. As a result, I now feel hesitant to return out of concern about being perceived inaccurately rather than treated appropriately as a patient. I’m sharing t

This was a follow up visit for my acute sinusitis. After almost 2 weeks my condition wasn’t improving. Everyone was great and PA Ryan prescribed Amoxicillin and Prednisone along with stronger cough medicine. After 24 hrs. I finally seem to feel better. Thank you Ryan. Phil LaPorte

I highly recommend this clinic.Everybody at the clinic was exceptionally good at their jobs. From the receptionist to the nurse the x-ray tech 'Doctor' Crunk and checkout.
