Patients First - Tennessee Street

The medical staff (nurse tech and doctor) were exceptional bc they were very welcoming. This is important to a woman over 60 yo like myself for certain, bc friendliness is so appreciated. They presented as personable, professional and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience and was in and out in a reasonable time. I went straight to the Pharmacy and they had already received the prescription. That was impressive too.

I have visited this Patients First location (1660 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee) multiple times throughout my college career and have generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to Tamela’s unprofessional behavior. I arrived around 3:05 PM and waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, Tamela made repeated eye contact with me from the back but did not come forward to assist me. While I was waiting, my mother called the office to confirm they were open and mentioned that I had been standing at the front desk without help. Tamela answered and responded, “You’re talking to a real person, so obviously we’re open.” The tone was unnecessary and unprofessional. When I addressed the situation in

I had a very good experience at this location. Much more detail than I expected to find and I’ll give them my 4 stars for being very efficient and I appreciate it very much. I appreciate you having an ambulance there to provide the transportation for me and refer me to the hospital for further check up. It was the most beneficial and helpful checkup. very easy and helpful. my nurse and doctor were both very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. all staff is very nice.

They were very great. From the receptionist staff to the PA I saw. They were very quick and efficient as well. The PA (Catherine) was extensive and provided great information and next steps for my injury/concern. I am pleased with my visit and will return if I have another issue that presents itself.
