Walked in. 10 minute wait. Intake was detailed instead of superficial. (However,I recommend the person including their title or certification when greeting. I didn’t know if he was an RN or not. It doesn’t really matter, but I didn’t know what level of care provider I was speaking to.) Intake specialist was informed and very helpful. The NP was engaging and asked a number of questions that were not part of the intake, Which was a good use of time. Then ask lots of detailed additional questions that helped me she was interested at solving the problem. The conversation was clinical yet personable. Well done.

Terrible customer service. Receptionist said they won’t see minors without a parent being in the room, but nurse said they would if I signed consent (which I did). PA was great, so made up for a rocky start!

The online scheduling process was easy, front desk was helpful, the MA took comprehensive vitals and the provider did an excellent job helping me get back on my feet and back to work with a helpful and effective treatment plan.

Everyone was so polite and very caring of my situation. Much different than I thought. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Everyone there is very nice, polite, and professional!! This was my second time there in a month. Great service all around!
