Patients First - Mahan

Place was super fast. In and out. 1 day before long cruise had ear issues. Doctor was super professional, attentive, and caring. Provided me with the meds i needed and feel so much more relieved on my trip. Super thanks. I am not much of a doctor person and very rarely need medical. This is why patients first is great. FJ

ALL of the staff were amazing, compassionate, professional, and helpful. My daughter faints at shots and was terrified. They worked together and made it a pleasant experience. To the manager, please look up who was working on 1/3 around 1:00 and thank them for being such superstars!!

The first time I came the doctor and his assistant made me feel extremely comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and very thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better bedside manner. I was feeling better in about a week when my 15 year old came down with similar symptoms. They treated him with the best of care. I can’t thank them enough. They even recognized and remembered some of the conversations we had earlier. We are from a larger town and were very appreciative of the excellent service we received. There was nothing subpar about this office. Overall outstanding experience both times. Thanks Mrs. Shaw

Patients First on Mahan has improved 110%from years ago. The online registration makes the visit go quickly with no crowded wait room. I waited about 15 minutes from entering the front door to seeing a PA who answered my questions and prescribed what I needed. Very professional and compassionate I wasn't there a whole hour.

Dr. Coston and staff were extremely nice, helpful and really took the time to listen to me on the behalf of my child. They assessed her and provided prompt turnaround time and feedback ! Things were so smooth with Dr. Coston and the nurse and front desk staff. Thanks !
