Patients First - Lake Ella

I had an eye infection that was worsening and was painful. So I went to PF. It was easy to get the paperwork done and reasonably fast to be seen. The facility is clean and organized. The nurse and assistant were friendly and helpful. I am glad I went and now have what I need to get better.

the receptionist and first nurse we met with were lovely! really quick to see us and very sympathetic. i will say the primary doctor we saw was a little condescending and we felt that he wasn’t really listening to what we were saying. but overall good experience and kind staff!

Everyone was very polite and professional. From the lady at the front desk to the young man that did a lot of my test. The doctor was fantastic, she did a great job. They had me out in a timely manner. Thanks!!

I found the staff Personnel to be very respectful and helpful. My wait time was short. I found George (a Nurse-Practitioner?)who administered to me and was informative about my condition to be attentive and concerned.

I typically use my primary care provider and rarely have a need for urgent care services. Most of my interactions with Patients First are actually related to my job in nursing leadership, since we send our candidates there for all employment related services. This time, it was me who needed care, and I was sick enough to need it urgently, but not sick enough to need an ER. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and courteous, and the provider I saw was funny, quick, smart, and compassionate. The whole process was incredibly efficient, and from check in to being in bed at home, even after filling prescriptions next door at CVS, took a total of two hours. I am thoroughly impressed, and I am so glad I went in before I got any worse and landed myself in the hospital. Special thanks to the person w
