From the time I walked in the door I was treated like family. I was welcomed in by the check in staff, the nurse and the Doctor. Kylie was attentive and caring. I will definitely return if the need arises, and will recommend the location to anyone in need. And, the facility was immaculate and well maintained.

From check-in to check-out, staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. At a critical time, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The PA listened to me and calmly talked me through my situation. I wish I had written down names. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t hesitate to make an appointment, as the first time available may be in 15 minutes. Bring your insurance cards. I had excellent treatment for my injury and they went above and beyond. I was very happy with their service. Recommend!

My self diagnosis convinced me that I had walking pneumonia which is highly communicable, and it was stressing me out that I could be infecting my coworkers. So I decided to go to Patients First for a professional medical diagnosis. The visit was perfect. The check-in was a snap since my information was in the system from a prior visit in 2024. After a short wait one of the medical persons took all of my vitals and I explained my issue to her.
