Patients First - Appleyard Drive

This my second time coming here and the customer service is amazing. I need to shout out the young lady that work up front. Very pretty and professional (black girl) . Thank you Queen for giving us excellent customer service both times. They have a text messages so you don’t have to wait inside. Thank you Patient First and that sweet young lady up front answering phone and greeting everyone with the same friendly smile. She need a to recognized. January 29 at 12:45pm

I took my mom there for her leg.and the people there were so kind and very helpful. It was our first time going there. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor made us feel like we were a part of their family. Thanks guys

My experience there was nothing short of amazing! From the front desk to the Dr's bedside manner, to the young ladies who assisted me in the back. They were all fantastic and super professional and kind. They were efficient in getting me diagnosed and treated and my wait time was less than minimal. I don't know about any other locations but the Apple yard location was the best medical visit I've had in my life. I am fighting back from this flu and I thank them for being so attentive and professional when I needed it the most!! God bless that ENTIRE staff. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them the proper recognition. We need more of this at a time when our country is so divided. To be treated with compassion and kindness was truly a blessing. Thank you Appleyard PF!

Aside from all the sick people in the waiting room exposing everyone else to different viruses, my experience was actually very good. From the receptionist to the nurse, X‑ray technician, and doctor, I felt they all provided exceptional service. The doctor was extremely thorough and didn’t rush at all. If there had been a separate waiting area for patients who aren’t sick, I would have given it five stars.

I went to this facility and was impressed by Dr. Peters and staff. Went for another visit this week and as usual all of the medical staff were very friendly and professional. PA Ryan, medical tech and xray tech were great! The only thing I’m not impressed with is the AI lady that answers the phone. I called three or four times and she said she would give the staff a message and never heard back. Please go back to human receptionist. It’s troubling when you can’t get your lab results right away. Also, the waiting room had no heat and it was 30 degrees outside, but other than that all was good.
