Patient Plus Urgent Care - Tiger Bend

I am reviewing the Tigerbend location. Great visit, not a long wait. I was seen by FNP-BC, Shams Abed. I give her and Patient Plus Urgent Care 5 stars. As a walk-in patient you are still seen with a level of priority. The staff is always courteous, kind, informative and compassionate. I admire the professionalism exhibited by all the staff, especially when dealing with impatient patients. I highly recommend Patient Plus. I have seen customers verbally abuse staff over wait time and the staff remains, professional, pleasant and peaceful. Patient Plus is a great choice for urgent care!

My son was running fever so we brought him in. We walked in at 5:30 pm and were home by 6:30. The kiosk check in was easy and convenient. Heather and Jessica were incredibly kind and explained all of our options. I love their transparent pricing so you know exactly how much additional services will cost.

They were able to take my son even as they were closing and everyone was super nice, fast and helpful. We really appreciate Daphne at the front desk being so accommodating and professional in expediting our intake! She was so nice even though I called 10 minutes before close to ask if they could help. We were very impressed - and grateful - with our experience.

Daughter wasn’t feeling well and was diagnosed with the flu. Dr. G Lee and the nurse were extremely helpful, educational, and supportive. The wait was less than 5 minutes—our name was called as soon as I finished signing in on the app! The reception staff greeted us with a smile upon arrival and were engaging and friendly when we left. 💕

The medical staff was very professional and kind. Did not have to wait a long time. The doctor was very professional with good bedside manner. I will go back again if I am sick. I will also tell others the good experience I had. Thankyou! Shirley Moutz
