Patient Plus Urgent Care - Southdowns

I am always pleased with this place. Really kind staff, feels clean and they communicate well for all ages from toddler to old folks. I always recommend them to my family. Brought my toddler after his pediatrician had no availability. Carlos and the nurses went above and beyond to make sure they took good care of us. Thanks so much !!

Staff was friendly and understanding. Waiting room was clean, organized, and not over-whelming. The MA had great bedside manner and listened keenly. The doctor provided counseling and provided options to help get medical help despite me not having sufficient income.

We had a very positive experience during our visit. The wait time to be taken back was very short and the entire staff was friendly. Our medical provider, Carlos Martin, delivered excellent care. He was patient, compassionate and took the time to thoroughly and clearly explain each step he would take to determine the cause of my 3 year old daughter’s fever and other symptoms and how it would be treated. He provided detailed steps on treatment and the reasons and also how to provide care at home, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the Southdowns location.

My experience at Patient Urgent Care/South Downs so far have always been a very pleasant visit. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and Dr. Whitney is great! She take the time to listen and have a great atititude. I highly recommend.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. The nurse came in and took my temperature, which was 100.4. She asked if I wanted water while I waited, which I said would be great! She never came back. The PA came in and told me to go home and if I get fever in the next 2-3 days to come back. I had to inform her that her nurse just took my temperature, which was a fever. She then said "oh" and had to go talk with the nurse. I felt dismissed, uncared for, and like a bother to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
