Patient Plus Urgent Care - Broadmoor

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Scheduling my daughter’s appointment was effortless, and check-in was quick and seamless. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind, truly making me and my daughters feel comfortable the moment we walked in. Every interaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. I deeply appreciated how respectful and thoughtful they were, asking questions in a way that never felt intrusive or uncomfortable. We felt safe, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. This office sets the standard for what a positive healthcare experience should be. I can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I were walk-ins on a Saturday. They were busy but not overwhelmed. Completed our paperwork, paid our co-pay then sat for a few minutes. They were calling our names. Wow! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell they enjoyed their work. Doctor prescribed us antibiotics, steroids and cough medicine. Next day I knew I was on the right path to recovery. AWESOME !!

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and although they said it’d be a long wait, I was in and out in less than an hour. The provider was very friendly, considerate, and patient with me. She was also extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility!

The communication was not great at all. I had to ask what the delay was in being seen and that’s when I received the response that the only provider was currently doing stitches on someone. Then when the provider was available, she rushed everything. She told my I only was tested for Covid and the flu but I remember getting tested for strep too. So she had to double check with the woman who did the testing and admitted she forgot to add the test results to the portal. It all was so rushed and I don’t like that type of pressure when they are in a rush to get me out but I was sitting there 2 hrs with no communication. Also, i chose to open my curtain to look through my glass door and window so I wasn’t forgotten then a lady came in about 15 mins later saying she gone close my curtain for my

This evening I visited Patient Urgent Care Clinic in the Broadmoor area. It was such a nice experience. Kara, at the front desk checked me in. She was kind and warm and took just a few minutes to get the job done. The med tech, Saharra, called me to the back. She went about her duties with a sweet spirit and sense of efficiency. The healthcare provider, Brandon, was incredible! He asked all of the right questions and within a short while, had a diagnosis and a plan of action. The meds were promptly called in to the pharmacy and within an hour, I was back home and resting comfortably. He even called to make sure we were able to get the meds since it was New Year’s Eve.
