Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Wyomissing

I appreciate excellent service and today I was not disappointed. Liz at registration is very knowledgeable. She's very friendly and professional and always makes me feel welcome. Lauren took my vitals and she was also very pleasant. Dr Igor was kind and professional as always. He always listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. Young guy that took my blood work was also sweet and kind. I can't remember his name but he did great. Than you all for being so amazing.

One of my best experiences at Patient First, despite it being the day after Christmas. I settled in for a longer-than-usual wait given the season, since the room being packed and I had 20 people ahead of me. But the wait time was quite reasonable! The entire staff was super pleasant and efficient. I was seen by a doctor faster than I'm used to, which was another great surprise. Further, I got a call after I left because the doctor looked at my test results again and realized he should have given me one more prescription. He proactively called it to my pharmacy and it was ready when I went to pick it up. All in all, this was a much better experience than my primary care office provides! Thanks for the awesome service and care today!

It was the best service I have received from a medical facility in a long time!! Everyone today made me feel like I was the only patient there. Everyone was humble caring and made me feel as if I was special because of the care and attention they had shown me. I have been there more than once but today especially I truly felt cared for. Everyone that I met and talked to including the check-in made me feel a lot better than when I walked in. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Everyone from the staff to the doctor were friendly and caring. I was able to get the needed x-rays and medication in the same visit. It was a relief to ot have to make any other stops. I was so impressed with the visit that I have made them my primary physician. I recommend them highly.

It was very efficient. No long waits. Everyone was friendly, caring, professional and compassionate. The physician assistant removing the staples from my scalp was very careful to remove them without causing pain. I can tell she really tried. I would highly recommend Patient First.
