Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Towson

The Service and Experience there today was OUTSTANDING! The walk in check-in process was simple and efficient and it just got better from there! EVERY Aspect from the nice lady who took my information, to CNA Carly (I believe) to the Xray Tech (didn't get her name; blonde)to Dr. Brewtin. I felt Super Comfortable and Cared For considering I had major chest pain (I was very concerned). Plenty of parking and a very clean facility. I've been here a few times before and the experience has always been Very Good, but this time it was OUTSTANDING! This is my chosen location when I have to visit.

I really like the doctor. She was super friendly and put me at ease about repairing my injury. She did an excellent job stitching my finger and was very clear about at home instructions. The longest wait was for the X-ray but there were many patients ahead of me. I’m grateful for the care.

Every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone treated me with patience and respect. I had been dealing with a persistent cough for three weeks, and Dr. Summers truly went above and beyond to manage my symptoms. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I understood the plan. I never felt rushed or brushed off. As an African American woman seeking care in America, it’s not always easy to feel fully heard or safe in medical spaces — but with Dr. Summers, I absolutely did. I walked in feeling frustrated and exhausted, and I left feeling relieved and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for the compassion and attention I received. I would highly recommend this location.

The medical assistants and MD were amazing. I had my little girl with me too and they were so pleasant, kind, and gentle with her. This location is amazing and though Im ill, I trust their medical feedback.

I had a great experience. I love that I was able to get my medication right there in the clinic. My physician assistant was thorough; she took different test to properly diagnose me. All the staff are kind and showed concern for me. I went straight home, took my first dose of antibiotics and the healing began. Thank you Patient First and Happy Holidays to you all
