Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Pottstown

The staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was warm and friendly. Luckily for me, there were only 5 or 6 people a head of me. From the time I walked in the building until the time I walked out was about 90 minutes. I left with the proper diagnosis and the medicine I needed to get back to being healthy. It has now been 4 days since I have been on the prescribed medications and I feel much better. I received the correct diagnoses and the correct medications. Overall a great 5-star experience. The one thing I want to point out is whomever designed the examination rooms was clueless. The doctor's back has to be towards you while he is on a computer. As he is asking questions and typing his notes, you lose your face to face connection with him. Weird design.

Im in the process of finding a new primary doctor because mine of 47 yrs has retired. I said to Brenda after my visit today l wish l could make you my new primary. I couldn't be more pleased with entire experience.

My Doctor, Linda, was so kind and understanding. She was informative and gave me answers most ERs haven't been able to. Please, and I very rarely say this about anyone in the medical field, because how cold they can be sometimes, give this woman a raise. Or more vacation time. Or anything to show her how appreciate she is by this company. And dont lose her. She is something special.

I would rate my visit a 10+, truly everyone at the facility was very professional, kind and accommodating. This is my 3rd visit to this location and every experience has been very good. Thank you to the team.
