Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Newtown Road

The staff at this clinic is amazing. Plus it is convenient to me. Since it is approximately 6 minutes from my house. Their service is superb. The doctors and nurses are very polite and knowledgeable. They treat you with care and compassion. The price for the visit is very fair. As well as the payment plans. The clinic is very clean.

Since I left a scathing review of the worst that Patient First has to offer, I will leave another honest review. Scott Pianin has treated me for a few issues. No need to go into a lot of detail, but his manner, professionalism, attention to detail and care almost makes him feel like a TV Doctor (no sarcasm intended). I truly appreciate his support and knowledge.

This is the third time I have needed to use this location of Patient first, twice for me and once for my 83 year old mother and every time they have been amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the experience as a whole and with each person I interacted with. The care was very good and they even followed up a few days later which my primary care never has. This visit I was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend.

Walked in on a Friday night an hour before closing and was seen within 30 minutes. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor were friendly, professional and caring. I was able to get an accurate diagnosis and prescriptions so I could be on the road to recovery. It is nice to know that good care is available when you need it!

I hurt my knee and came in to have it looked at. Hairline fracture, and they didn't have a brace that fit me. Instead of sending me somewhere for proper help the charged me an extra 200 for a brave that didn't fit, and needed replacing less than 48 hours later. If you want good care look elsewhere.
