Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Lutherville

I had a very positive experience at my first visit today. The medical clerks who checked me in were kind, courteous, and very discreet, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The overall wait time was reasonable — about 35 minutes total — and they kept me informed throughout the visit. They clearly explained that the gynecology exam room needed to be cleaned and prepped before I could be seen, which I appreciated. The transparency and communication made the wait much easier. I was also impressed that they filled my prescription on-site, which saved me an extra trip. As a thoughtful touch, they even provided a charger for my phone while I waited. Overall, the staff was professional, attentive, and patient-centered.

This was the best and most thorough service I have had at any urgent care facility in years. Everyone was friendly and no one seemed miserable to be working there (seriously, whoever does your hiring, kudos). Maybe I was just extremely fortunate, but I was seen right away, no wait. My prescriptions were also given to me right away, no wait. Despite it being further from my home than many other urgent care facilities, I plan to return next time I am ill. It would be lovely if there was better signage outside. I was a little unsure about whether or not I was in the correct place. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, is their giant scale which has me questioning whether the one at my home is grossly inaccurate 😂.

The BEST urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful, and get this: the entire process only took 45 minutes from start to finish. This may be a world record. I even got X-rays! I’ve waited for longer amounts of time at the urgent care near my home before even seeing a doctor. I will absolutely be going out of my way to seek care here in the future and would highly encourage you do the same.

They provide masks, hand sanitizer, you can also wait in your car or outside and the area outside around you is beautiful. The doctor Jason. Was amazing. Friendly welcoming funny and very quick but made you feel taken care of and in good hands. You can also receive your script before leaving if needed They are also amazing with answering phone calls. Friendly and you feel what your calling about gets addressed :)

I love this location. Everyone is nice and efficient. And they can do everything in one spot - X-ray, EKG, prescriptions, even IVs if you need it for some things. That's a nice feature when not feeling great. The doctors take the time to explain everything, thank you. Sometimes it's busy but they let you wait in your car which is nice too.
