Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Leesburg

I was one of the last patients to be seen. The area had experienced a substantial snowstorm the previous day and the staff was short. To my surprise, I was seen quickly by a PA and on my way with a prescription. Very grateful they were open. The only reason for a 4 star vs a 5 star was on a typical visit I would have been able to get the RX filled inhouse, but I am sure it is due to the staff shortages caused by the inclement weather.

I depend on and have taken great comfort in having Patient First for optimal, quick, closer to home than my PCP, and incredibly professional staff to meet my acute medical needs. Sadly, this specific visit with Dr. Salehi was rude, she dismissed my willingness to give my past medical history and was just short of telling me to “Be quiet.” The exam was riddled with hijinx, confusion, and upset. I left with little resolve for my symptoms and will be out money for the visit. Prior to my exam, the nurse, Matt Presson, offered great bedside manner and care. However, I endured and will pay for a visit with Dr. Salehi where I received medication that I have little awareness about that may or may not address my symptoms. I had an exceptional visit, which exceeded all expectations for a medical visit. It wasn't just getting a diagnosis and being treated well. It was the exceptional people at all points along the way, from the moment I walked in the door, to check-in, and being seen by the P.A. I was even offered water and coffee/tea. The people were just phenomenal. Everyone at this location in Leesburg, Va was truly phenomenal. Thank you!

The overall quality of care at this facility has certainly deteriorated over the years since it has opened. The male receptionist/intake assistant has absolutely no idea what he’s doing with a horrible bedside manner. The doctors are great, a few of the nurses are great, but they really just hire anybody to work that front desk.

Not very busy today. We never even sat down before being called to register and then taken to exam room where doctor was there within 10 minutes Very impressive kid from start to finish we had a similar experience last week here as well! Great job
