Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Indian River

Doctor Kia gave me some of the most seamless stitches known to man. She had a very steady hand and was very kind throughout the entire process. I was more than pleased with my visit and though I hate I had to get stitches in the first place. I honestly don’t mind having to come back and getting them removed based on the professionalism I experienced today!

I had a great experience during my visit! During the afternoon, I had a short wait to be seen (15-30 minutes) and my total visit took an hour. Ashanti was helpful and friendly with taking payments and confirming my information! The PA, April Parker was very kind, listened and took time to take care of my concerns!

Everything was great. They saw me in a timely manner. I can’t stress enough, how easy it was to be seen and taken care of. I now have a follow up the following day with the orthopedic doctor. I am so glad I went when I did, especially with being a Sunday evening and I was still able to get an x-ray. Thank you very much. Even though my pet bird is dead, it’s not their fault and it’s ok

If you have to go to Patient First, then you’re not having the best day. I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff here. Today was very busy but I was seen pretty quickly considering. The receptionist, nurse, woman that drew my blood, and doctor were all so kind. The staff really makes it as enjoyable as it can be. I would recommend this place to anyone. My son and I have had to go multiple times and we’ve never had any issues.

Chris, my medical assistant was beyond amazing to me and my 5 year old. He offered her crayons and a coloring page ( which has never been given to her before). He was nice, gentle, and explained everything to her and me. 10/10 Chris. Give this man a raise cause he loves his job!! The front desk associate I had was nice as well and wished my daughter a speedy recovery.
