Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Holland Road

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Phan. She took her time and truly listened to everything I shared about the back pain I’ve been experiencing. She asked thoughtful, thorough questions and demonstrated genuine concern and passion for my well-being. Given my father’s history of lung cancer and my resulting concerns, she promptly ordered an X-ray to help rule out any serious issues. I’m very grateful she was the one who treated me today.

What a fabulous Urgent Care! As busy as doctors and staff were during the Christmas holiday and the height of flu season, I was seen. The staff is extremely efficient from intake to treatment. The office is clean and everyone was patient and kind. I was explained everything. I never felt rushed asking my questions to the physician that saw me. A full list of information was given to me before I left and prescriptions can be filled there as well. I would not hesitate to refer anyone or seek treatment there again!!

Ive been goin to PF for forever!! Never have I even had an issue til 11/18 I saw a Nurse Practitioner Shannon LeBakken. I went in with back pain that hurt to take a deep breath. By the time she got done she had diagnosed me with thinking I had a blood clot in my lung. Then she says she thinks I have a heart murmur. my legs had some swelling. In which we just drove home from a concert 5hours so expected some. But she then try to send me by ambulance. Im like WTH. She does Xrays EKG says EKG isn't good. Since I wouldn't take ambulance she really suggested me goin to ER she thought I was. in heart failure. After I get home I notice the paper says Pleurisy which was NEVER mentioned at all. So of course Im concerned. So I go the next day to ER. I have every test you can run EKG X-rays blood wo

Very efficient and was seen quickly even on a weekend. The efficiency did not effect the quality of care. Every person I interacted with treated me with kindness and care and listened to me. Doctor and PA staff clearly listened and took into account what I said when diagnosing and treatment. This center is also really good about following up to confirm diagnosis and go over next steps/follow up care. I've been to this center a few times over the past few years and they are honestly the best urgent care/medical facility I've ever been to. Would recommend anyone to go here even if you don't live close by.

The Patient First - Holland Road location was already very busy when I arrived. The reception staff was processing arriving patients quickly and efficiently. Inprocessing patients and then getting vital readings while the patients waited for the doctors to work to assist the patients. When Dr. Emdatti came to the room, she efficiently assessed our needs and provided the appropriate health care.
