Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Glen Burnie

The reception and medical staff were quite nice, however I have concerns with the cleanliness or lack thereof here. When getting STD testing while on your period this is literally the last thing you want to see. I am not sure what these substances on the floor are but it makes you wonder how clean the exam table I am sitting on is. Leaky ceiling in my other room. This can not be up to standard for a medical facility. On top of this I have been here 3 hours for an std swab and urinalysis. I told the provider in the beginning I was on my period. He insisted it would not be a problem for the std testing. So he did a very rough painful swab only for the lab to say there is too much blood in the sample. Well duh I told you I am on my period. You all need to do much better! I won't ever be bac

Everyone from the time I came through the doors was very kind and caring. Nurses, X-ray tech and doctor were so kind and compassionate. I was helped right away. The lady that registered me was so sweet and helpful. I have no complaints.

I cut my index finger nearly to the bone, was panicking....your staff were very quick, professional, reassuring. The physician assistant did a magnificent job sterilizing, local anesthetic needle...6 stitches...the support staff & x-ray tech were wonderful, Professional. The assistant that injected the tetanus vaccination was so good I didn't feel the needle. God bless all of you. Sincerely Thank you

My visit today have been wonderful. The doctor and the registration ladies have went above and beyond to make sure that I was cared for and to make sure that I was comfortable. They were very fast and very pleasant.
