Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Germantown

Very professional and courteous. I was particularly pleased with the doctor assigned to see me. He was extremely through and addressed all my concerns and I found him to be very knowledgeable in his field as a practicing physician. I would request him upon my next visit to your clinic.

I came in June 2023, to be suspected a UTI, they wanted to rule out, they ran a test on it. My urine was very cloudy. Tested positive for a urinary tract infection. I was prescribed antibiotics, those worked very well. The wait time was pretty long. I feel like there can be some improvement for wait times. But the Dr was good! It was a he, he was nice, caring, he knew exactly what was needed for my treatment.

After a disappointing experience at another urgent care the day before, I brought my son to Patient First, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The doctor took the time to listen, thoroughly examined my son, and immediately tested him for the flu, something that should have been done the day before at the other urgent care. Sure enough, he tested positive for influenza. I truly appreciate how attentive, caring, and professional everyone was throughout the visit. Thank you, Patient First, for taking the time to do things right and for giving my son the proper care he needed. We’ll definitely be coming back here for any future urgent care needs!

My ACTIVE DUTY husband was seen here. Tricare covers any doctors visit, as long as the facility accepts Tricare. We even called ahead to confirm. They then sent us a bill. After calling Tricare, we learned that Tricare has told them they were not paying them due to Patient First OWING Tricare on past bills. Tricare was just deducting it from what the owed them. 0/5. Do not recommend. Pay your bills.

I had an excellent experience at Patient First. Rosa Karini the PA-C (Physician Assistant-Certified) did her evaluation, answered my questions and called in my prescription. Cheyenne Wolitzky the coordinator checked me in and took all my information, Darcelle the nurse took my vitals. Nancy the nurse called me with the results on Sunday, Keylah and Gilda also answered questions and were very sweet too. All of them are professional, compassionate, honest, helpful and excellent at their jobs and cares about the patients which I am proud to say I am one of them.
