Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - General Booth

Considering the amount of people who were at the facility today, my wait time was minimal. I was taken to a room and examined by the PA, very timely. He was thorough in his examination, took into account my symptoms and my preferences. I was able to fill the prescription in house and was on my way in no time. I am never disappointed at this particular location.

I visited this location around 8:00 AM and left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with how I was treated. The nurse who took my vitals seemed rude and in a bad mood, which immediately made me feel uneasy. After my doctor told me I was good to go, I thought I was cleared to leave. I later found out I still needed my medication, but instead of calmly explaining that, my name was yelled out loud as I was walking toward the door. This was embarrassing and made me feel uncomfortable in front of other patients. When I walked back, I also noticed what seemed like head-shaking, which added to how disrespected I felt. The best practitioner performing his duties with diligence and care. Charlie recognized me immediately, it because I visit frequently, but because I was SO sick. He's just as personable when I've gone in for a sinus infection, but the shocked recognition and immediate concern for my welfare when I came in for a serious visit was very warming. Though he sent me straight to the ER his care and that of his associates was fantastic. So was his follow up care on the next day when he wrote prescriptions for me that the ER doctors had forgotten, after being conscientious and re-checking all of the lab work. All in a fraction of the time an ER visit would cost. Excellent care!

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Dr. Borza was the best, very helpful and kind. She took the time to explain my situation and made sure that my treatment plan considered my other medications and conditions. She and the whole team are top notch!

Absolutely the best experience ever! I arrived shortly before 8 pm, dreading the fact that that this was so close to closing time. The entire staff were not only welcoming but friendly, compassionate and professional. My pet bunny had mistaken my finger for his treat and although the resulting wound was not gruesome I instinctively knew I needed a tetanus shot. Been putting it off for months due to a friend telling me it would be painful. Well, it wasn’t and the nurse, support staff and doctor were fabulous.
