Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - East Norriton

The entire team at patient first was great from start to finish. I started showing signs of mastitis over the weekend and really didn’t want to deal with the ER. I was promptly checked in and saw the doctor within the hour. I felt so much better after getting IV fluids and antibiotics! I was in and out in about 2 hours. Everyone was so kind and professional- I would definitely recommend this location.

This was my first time ever going to an urgent care and I'm so happy I decided to go here. Incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable checkin and medical team. I was so impressed by them not only having x-ray capability, but also they have a lab AND pharmacy all in one building! To collect urine samples, they have this cool sliding cubby in the bathroom. After you put the sample in, it slides over directly to the lab. No need to awkwardly walk around with your sample! I was in and out in less than an hour.

Checked in and in a room quickly. They took a few swabs prior to seeing doctor. Had to wait a bit to see the doctor. He was kind and thorough. He was able to get me the antibiotics I needed. Was very happy with the care I received. I was there for a little over an hour which was shorter than I expected. Definitely will go back.

Overall, my experience today was very positive. The wait time was good, and the staff was professional, respectful, and attentive. They made me feel heard and comfortable, especially during a stressful moment. I truly appreciated the compassion, communication, and care provided. Thank you to the entire team for making this a smooth and reassuring experience.

Satisfied with the care I received. The intake was quick and she was friendly and empathetic. I went right after work and barely had to wait. The PA Zahida was compassionate, explained my pain and how it was understandable I thought it was something else. She addressed it. I got my prescription right on sight.
