The staff, from first moment walking in until check out cared about one thing: my comfort. They were as efficient as patient volume allowed them to be. Kind. Thorough. And unlike my family doctor, I didn’t feel like I was infringing on the doctors time. He was so patient with my questions, medication requests, going over medication interactions, and really was sincere in wishing I felt better. I was comfortable, cared for and in and out in under 90 minutes in the height of flu season with no appt. Very grateful. I now have my meds and 6 hrs later am already breathing better.

We feel very fortunate and comforted having Patients First in our neighborhood. I have visited for everything~ covid testing, stitches, treatment and pre-employment drug and TB testing. I have always been treated with efficiency, professionalism and respect.

Staff polite, organized, limited wait time for me. Quick test & flu diagnosis, which then led to an x-ray there on premise. Doctor was great and prescribed meds, which I was able to fill right there. Very satisfied and thank you for making me feel better when I was sick!

This place is absolutely fabulous! I was in and out within 20 minutes and had my prescription 20 minutes after that. The doctor diagnosed my problem immediately and my somewhat serious issue was resolved within 3 days. I totay recommend them. And I'm normally not one to compliment the medical establishment in the least bit.

I have a family physician but they could not see me and I was really sick! Check-in was easy and quick. Initial testing was efficient. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my test results. The doctor was clear about my condition, treatment and answered all my questions. I had the option of filling my prescription there, so convenient! Highly recommended!
