Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Central Park

Best urgent care experience ever. 1) They answer their phones and let you know about any wait times 2) Registration happens in a private seated area (not everyone can stand for a long time) and the privacy of your health and financial information is greatly appreciated 3) Quick - easy check-in, no wait in lobby 4) I wish I caught his name, but my medical assistant was light-hearted and efficient 5) x-ray tech was equally friendly and efficient 6) X-rays (and meds) on-site is helpful when pneumonia is expected and it's great not to make another trip when already weak and sick 7) P.A. Erin Lotharius was approachable, thorough, efficient and helpful in addressing my complaints. Dr. Johnson is literally one of the nicest Doctors I’ve ever met. Great sense of humor too. I’m thankful I went to Patient First today and got diagnosed with the flu fast. No wait time. Highly recommend!

It was very good, even though they were quite busy. The important was that i checked in and won't feel i was forgotten at the waiting room likely more commonly is at the emergency room or neither i have to wait days as happens when I want to see my primary doctor, the reality is that i was seek today and today i need a medical professional take care of me. I feel service is good and not like I'm in a third world country as happens in other places or at the hospital. So thumbs up for good service!

This Urgent care should be a model for how to do it right. Efficient, kind and caring staff from beginning to end. I observed also staff interacting with each other and other patients should be applauded. Physicians knowledgeable and transparent. Clean!

I checked in and was called in a short amount of time. Again I waited for a few minutes and a nurse took my vitals. I did have to wait for a few minutes but once I got into a room a had an X-ray taken and after a short wait the doctor came in with my diagnosis and a list of medications she wanted to prescribe. The prescriptions were faxed to my pharmacy and I was free to go. I feel I was treated well. The staff was friendly and professional. I will recommend Patient First to all my friends.
