Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Cedar Road

I get there when they open so typically I have a good experience. The woman that checked me in this time wasn’t the nicest but I think she was just trying to be efficient. The nurses are always nice, my PA/MD, Ryan is always pleasant. He has treated me for various different appointments here and he’s always been so informative, empathetic, and efficient. I work with doctors and to see one who practices such good bedside manner is hard to come by. I throughly enjoy this practice and I don’t hesitate to go when necessary!

Feeling great about my experience with Patient First today. As a Floridian visiting my kids and grandkids for the holidays, I was a bit apprehensive to seek medical assistance while out-of-state but my son recommended this urgent care facility. The check in process was easily done on the kiosk. The registration portion was quick and the staff was efficient and thorough with the intake of information. The medical assistant was friendly and interactive with customer service. The wait seemed a little long but I understand each individual person issues can vary. The doctor was attentive, patient and informative. He was great and he spoke layman’s wisdom “Motion is lotion.” Lastly the two nurses who administered the shot were angels! 5 stars!!! In and out fast!! They treat you very quick when you aren’t feeling well!! And that’s appreciated!! Very clean and smells great!

Extremely satisfied and impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by all staff members including the Doctor. I was in and out in less than an hour, including X-rays and a prescription. The Dr. wrote the prescription and then picked it up from the pharmacy and brought it to me himself. Very positive experience. I cannot not think of one thing about it that needs improving. I came in on crutches with a muscle sprain alone last night. The reception person was SO friendly, empathetic, and caring. She alerted the nurses in the back to get me a wheel chair and check me in and moved my crutches to a room so I wouldn’t trip over them. They also checked on me as I was waiting for the doctor. She and the other nurses made me feel like a human, not a number, which is hard to come by these days. I wish I could remember their names but hoping you can get this message to them. I typically don’t fill out these surveys, but the service I received was exceptional. Thank you!
