Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Bel Air

It was a great visit today. I didn't have to wait long at admissions or to be called by the CNA. A nurse came over immediately when there was an issue with my blood pressure. I had x-rays and blood work which were performed very quickly and waiting to see the doctor after he received the test results didn't take long. He did a good job of explaining what was wrong and thoroughly went over blood tests results, even comparing them to previous results. It was one of the best visits I've had to Patient First.

My experience was great! I had pretty much no wait time besides waiting for tests to come back! The doctor was great and very professional and knowledgeable and he had my prescription ready in minutes. I always highly recommended patient first I come all the way from Edgewood because the care at patient first is better than any other urgent care around!

Very quick and efficient. I have had to use the services of Patient First a few times and I’ve always had a good feeling about the care I’ve received. My latest experience there was no exception.

We didn’t have to wait long at all after we signed in. Everyone we encountered was super nice and really seemed like they cared about me. I was in pain and wasn’t the most available physically and mentally but I did appreciate everyone saying, “Hope you feel better.” That simple act of kindness goes a long way with me and I hope to never see any of those people in that setting again (which would mean I or somebody in my family is hurting or sick) but I will not hesitate to recommend the Patient First in Bel Air to anybody who needs top-notched care at a moment’s notice. Very impressed with Bel Air Patient First. I walked in the door that morning and started to use the kiosk when one of the staff members just motioned me to come over right away and got me checked in! Very nice and welcoming! The visit was so smooth and quick. Got two prescriptions filled on the spot and was out the door in about 30 minutes or so. Great experience. Thank you!
