Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Battlefield

Dr. Hiram Rodriguez, M. D. is the BEST! I have been very satisfied with his services each time that I visit this clinic. He is very knowledgeable, detailed oriented and has the best bed side manners!!!! He explained my diagnosis and what medication I should be taking. He is very easy to talk to, doesn’t rush you and shows that he sees your concerns. I was very HAPPY and felt so much better about my condition. I recommend him and will return if I need his medical services again. Also the front desk staff and nurses were friendly, professional and efficient.

I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received at this Patient First location. What should have been a straightforward medical visit turned into a dismissive and careless experience that could have had serious consequences. My daughter went in after leaving work because she was feeling unwell. She clearly explained her symptoms to the nurse: cough, headache, scratchy throat, nausea, congestion, and feeling light-headed. She was told she would receive multiple tests, but none were ever done. When the doctor came in, they briefly checked her breathing and asked her to repeat her symptoms. After asking when her last menstrual period was, the doctor abruptly concluded that my daughter was “probably pregnant.” My daughter explained that she was confident she was not pregnant and

PA Wolan is great! She treated my husband on yesterday. She took time to listen and she was thorough during our visit. PA Wolan's calmimg bedside manner and warm sense of humor completely but us at ease. Her approach reflects the highest standard of patient centered care, and we are truly grateful.

Patient First Urgent Care on Battlefield is incredibly lucky to have PA Tom Tran. He is an outstanding provider—knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed without feeling rushed. His professionalism and bedside manner truly set him apart and made a stressful visit much more comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. Patient First is fortunate to have such an amazing provider on their team, and I would highly recommend PA Tom Tran to anyone needing urgent care services.

My experience was quite pleasant. Everyone was fantastic and they got me in quickly, as I was on a time-crunch to get some paperwork completed. They were very understanding and assisted me in doing everything I needed to do. This is not my first time coming to this location, and I'm sure it won't be my last.
