I have never had a bad experience at Patient First Aspen Hill. The support staff is always so helpful and courteous. Dr Joel who is my family doctor is always so wonderful and so knowledgeable.
I went to Patient First in Aspen Hill, MD because of a persistent upper respiratory problem. I couldn't get in to see my PCP soon enough, and his office recommended this Urgent Care facility. It's clean, efficient, and I felt very satisfied. The experience was outstanding from a medical evaluation and treatment perspective. The assistant was very capable. The MD who treated me was hugely competent, and careful, in her diagnosis. She was analytical, and concerned with how the various anti biotic options would interact with my regular medications and health conditions.. She took extra time to ensure the right antibiotic was chosen. Dr. Wood was friendly, respectful, and is a fine clinician. Go there if you need care. You won't be disappointed.

They always make me feel better the moment I walk in there. My health immediately get better with the welcoming environment and staff. They take care of you like they feel your pain and they are ready to make it go away. Patient first I will always recommend you to my family and friends.
My wife brought my daughter in with a painful injury to her leg. She called and told me that she was greeted rudely and that she was told that she would be better off going to a hospital because it was likely broken. She called me on her way to an ER and I told her to turn back because we needed the x-rays. Upon arrival I spoke with Keisha at the front desk. In my opinion she was, rude and dismissive- being more concerned about being right, than helping my daughter who was in extreme pain. I asked for a manger, when she said none were available, I asked for the nurse. The nurse, Omar, while not as offensive as Keisha, seemed to be more preoccupied with sending her away than treating her. I would give 0 stars if the visit ended there.
