Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Allentown

Very nice location with a kind caring and helpful staff. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean neat and organized with soft classical music playing creating a soothing atmosphere. Staff are very experienced and friendly, ready and eager to help and assist patients. They offer in house tests and a onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions if needed. The entire visit was very pleasant with a hardworking and dedicated staff . They even have cell phone chargers in the exams rooms if needed. Something I have never seen before. The waiting area is large and comfortable and the service was fast. I thought the overall experience was very good. Keep up the good work.

After having numerous medical physicals at the Patient First in Allentown, PA for over 6 years, I was denied to have the exam completed today, AFTER I paid for the exam and during the exam "in-progress" after the Vision & Hearing portion, "Vitals" (Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Pulse Readings) were taken!!! What a waste of time!!! What legitimate medical facility does this....?!?! The All-Female medical facility had a very "Boss-Girls" demeanor toward me and very authoritative conduct & unprofessional tone with me, especially the woman who claimed to be the facility "director". The Director of this unethical and unscrupulous medical facility took payment and started the exam, but later during the exam decided not to follow through with the medical exam. She stated: "that their facility

No wait care. Very efficient. Friendly and warm staff. Exam was quick but thorough. Loved that I could walk out with the medication prescribed. Have received care in the past at this location. Always pleased.

Was great, was expecting it to be packed and I’d be there over an hour, I was in an out wait time included in less than an hour and the doctor and staff were the most friendly and kind doctors/receptionists I’ve ever come across. Saint Luke’s could learn a thing or 2 from these people as they are all carry professional demeanor unlike Saint Luke’s who hires people that the DMV turns away for being too mean. Saint Luke’s is trash I will never be able to say it enough.

I had a very good experience during my visit. The doctor was attentive, professional, and caring throughout the treatment. They explained the procedure clearly and ensured I was comfortable. My scratches have been healing well thanks to their proper care and advice.
