Patient Care Pharmacy

I recently called Patient Care Pharmacy and unfortunately had a very negative experience with one of the pharmacists. While I understand that the pharmacy can be a busy place, I was taken aback by the rudeness during my interaction. I had transferred to the pharmacy and had a question about my prescription, the pharmacist seemed annoyed and dismissive. Instead of providing the information I needed, they responded in a curt manner that made me feel unvalued as a customer. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting where kindness and understanding are crucial. The first time I went in there they were so nice and welcoming. I guess because they wanted my business. The next month I went it, they did a whole 360. No greeting when I entered but seemed to greet everyone else. I told them I was there to pick up a refill. He said he could not refill my script unless it was for a 90 day supply. I asked why when last month you filled my 30 day supply script with no issues. He told me my insurance won't pay for it unless it's a 30 day supply and I would have to get my Dr to write a new script for a90 day supply. I said it doesn't make sense because why was there no issue the prior month? He said just sit down. I looked at him like what? But I just sat and waited. He literally sat and pretended like he called my insurance and told me that they would overri

If i could give this pharmacy zero stars i would. Called in to get a prescription transferred to another pharmacy due to them not having the medication i need, The pharmacist who answered the phone was very rude, and said not to call again regarding this prescription.

They are very helpful. As soon as I walk in the door, they recognize me and bring the prescriptions to the counter right away. They also offer delivery. Forget the big chains and support this local small business. It will probably be the fastest trip to the pharmacy you have ever experienced.
