Terrible experience trying to pay my final bill ! This Manchester NH company uses a foreign accounts receivable call center/office, and it seemed that none of the agents speak english as a first language, which made phone calls almost impossible. This accounts receivable office wants you to use a website "ClicktoPay" for an online payment, as in a credit card or direct withdrawal. I called the phone number, and tried the online chat to request an detailed invoice with a remit to address. Everyone I talked/chatted with, wanted all my personal information, which I refused to do, as all I wanted was for them to mail out an invoice to my address or e-mail on the account. I called the actual office of Pathology Specialists and I was told they don't deal with billing.

Totally same experience as the previous reviewer(s). They want us to pay bills without us obtaining detailed invoices?? And obtaining the invoices is almost impossible. Billing phone number does not work and no one is available to speak with. Fix this mess!
