I have been double billed for services , and they have no record of my 6 cancelled checks and I’m getting a final notice . My last payment only a week prior to final notice was 500 dollars! The billing department agents interrupt my trying to explain and have not helped solve this problem. I will be seeking counsel to resolve and have escalated this for help.

I brought my small child here for some blood work, dreading it obviously because of how little babies are with needles. The ladies here handled him so well! So much better than I could have hoped for. Baby and mama left here so happy. Thank you to the 3 ladies who helped him today!

If I could give this place less than one star I WOULD! To begin, I only received one bill from them prior to them EVER running my insurance therefore the bill was outrageous, secondly I never received a follow up bill but I DID receive the collection notice from the collection company and when I called to find out why I never received any further billing as soon as the agent got on the line and collected my information the call was magically dropped after 16 minutes of being on hold! Never ever will I have blood taken and ran with this company ever again in my life. If this is the only place there is to have my blood checked for anything, then just let me be! I’ve lived this long with flare ups from lymes disease I can live much longer!

I got labs done here. They were quick and ez. Although, I felt the staff was rude and seemed bothered by me coming in as a walk in. Also I have heard nothing back about my lab work or an eta. One last thing I noticed was my labs required weight and blood pressure and they did not take it while I was there.

Fast, educated, kind, friendly, bills insurance correctly unlike Harton Vanderbilt billing department, and has never had a problem pulling blood.
