I had an excellent experience at Patel Orthodontics. When I went in for my initial consultation I was still debating if I even wanted to start braces because my case was a little more complicated. I did not expect to be blown away by how amazing everybody was. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment process and answer all my questions, which made me feel very confident in my decision. I ended up coming back 2 weeks later to start braces and at no surprise it was a very pleasant visit. Detail and In- Depth approach - Came for my son’s braces treatment, and we received exceptional care and attention to detail. The orthodontist truly listens and provides honest recommendations. We consulted multiple orthodontists before starting treatment, and the recommendations from other offices were simply to put on braces, with no in-depth, customized solution for the patient. This was the only place where we felt confident in the proposed treatment plan—because just putting braces on wouldn’t help. They explained the need to first expand the jaw and correct the bite, and then gradually move on to braces. We were visiting Houston during winter break when my son’s orthodontic wire broke and was causing discomfort. I called Patel Family Orthodontist and spoke with Dr. Shivani, who was incredibly kind and helpful and scheduled us for a same-day appointment. The office is beautiful and pristine, and my kids loved the coffee station—especially making hot chocolate. When I offered my insurance card, I was pleasantly surprised to be told the visit would be taken care of on the house. That kindness was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. We love the Patel Family Orthodontics. We have been with them since they opened. This has been the best experience we could have ever asked for. The kindness and care they given my daughter is above and beyond anything we could have asked for. If you’re looking for an orthopedist, look no further. You will be more than a patient.
