Patchogue Urgent Care, P.C.

Honestly I've been to a couple of Urgent care where some of those that work there are not friendly or greet you in a proper manner But this one in Patchogue they were nice and friendly and patient with you for the first time being there. And I always go by the FIrST of Everything. And thanks to Abby too she was nice , So I give them a 5 *

Edit! I just got a phone call from Ester (apologies if the name is spelt incorrectly) and wow! She was so sweet! Apologized profusely for the actions of the medical students comments I overheard yesterday. She was very professional and I truly appreciate her reaching out to me to make things right. I’m happy to hear the two students got reprimanded and spoken to, so this issue does not happened to someone else. A big thank you to Ester for calling and making me feel so much better about the situation! Truly means a lot! I changed my 2 star review to a 4 because she really impressed me! I’m leaving the below review up incase anyone is interested in what originally happened, but trust me, this office did the right thing in the end and completely changed my feelings about yesterday! This was the first time I visited Patchogue Urgent Care and the moment I walked in I was treated very well by the receptionist. I met with Faiza the medical assistant and her assistant Emily, who took my vitals. The whole process was done in a very friendly and professional manner. I then met Jen, a doctor, who was also very friendly and professional. Everyone was caring and wanted to help with my problem. I was very impressed and would recommend them to everyone.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Patchogue Urgent Care. Dr. Iqbal is very thorough and understanding. The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are very nice and also understanding and thorough. The front office staff is welcoming and they are really good about following up with any concerns. Dinora the care coordinator is wonderful and calls me once a month to check on me and to make sure I have enough of my medications and make any appointments I might need. The office is very clean and bright. They are also open on Saturday which I appreciate because it’s hard for me to get there during the week.

This team here is amazing! These are people who care about the health of their patients and who treat their patients like people not just numbers on a chart. The care I received here is outstanding. I am so grateful this place is here this would be the only place I would go to for any of my urgent needs. Amazing experience thank you all
