Past Tense Massage: Sciatic & Headache Therapy

I had the pleasure of meeting Marshall this past weekend. As a marathon runner, I as always curious as to what massage therapy techniques can be used to not just assist in pain management, but further benefit my motion moving forward. I appreciate the thorough explanation before he worked on any specific movements. As a first timer, I can confirm: you will be sore from the adjustments and techniques used. However, I feel less tension in my lower back (and right hamstring which was injured). I highly recommend Marshall as this was a great experience. Will return soon.

Have been having lower back and sciatic pain issues for the past several years but it started flaring up pretty bad recently. Was looking to get a massage and was recommend to try out Marshall from one of my relatives who had used him in the past. Marshall is a good guy and knows what he is doing. I'll be honest, the massages are the definition of deep tissues because you are going to feel it but afterwards you will be feeling really loose and good so its worth it. His techniques and style is pinpoint and can get intense especially if your are very tight and have tons of knots. Would recommend you give Marshall a try if you need a massage and body work done.

Marshall is the best! He addressed my issues with my tight muscles from my neck to my legs. Best massage I’ve ever had. My muscles felt a lot more relaxed and lower back posture felt better after the first visit. I will definitely be making routine visits to keep my body feeling this great. I have lived with pain for years, and just recently the pain became unbearable next to my spine. I went and had 1 session with Marshall and already felt a difference. During the week after my first session I felt my back loosen up. After my second session I left and my posture felt amazing.
