Passaic Pediatrics

We had a very disappointing experience with this pediatric clinic. My child was sick and we were initially prescribed over-the-counter cough suppressants, which were completely ineffective. After five days of no improvement, we had to go to urgent care and eventually find an MD pediatrician elsewhere, who finally changed the medication — and that’s when my child began to recover. When we called the clinic from the pharmacy with questions, they told us the doctor would call back — but no one ever did. Turns out, it wasn’t even a doctor handling our case, but a nurse practitioner. This experience was stressful and delayed my child’s recovery. The lack of follow-up and proper care made it clear this place isn’t worth the risk, especially for something as important as your child’s health.

5 stars from me!! I loved everything about my first visit here with my daughter. The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Doctor Angel Ferrer is an amazing pediatrician. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very caring and attentive with my daughter. I highly recommend this office!

The receptionist was very rude, & unprofessional, her attitude was unnecessary & I already had anxiety with figuring things out with this being my first baby, but Dr. Ferrer made the hassle worth while. He’s very informative and ready to answer whatever questions you may have especially being a new mom with a newborn. His personality is awesome. I will continue using this pediatrics office just because of him.

The doctors are nice and all but i had a bad experience last visit. I brought in a form to get filled out by the doctor and when i called to see if it was filled out no one was able to find the paper. It was neglect on their end therefore my daughter lost the opportunity to do the sport she wanted to do. It was time sensitive. It was a simple paper. it would be nice if it can be filled out on the spot for this same reason, but the fact that it was lost is insane to me. very disappointed.
