We absolutely love this clinic! I have so much trust in the entire team. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and truly cares about the children. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, the process, the treatments, and any questions we may have. Whenever we need extra attention, they are patient and supportive. They also interact with the kids during the appointments, playing and talking to them, which makes everything feel lighter and less stressful. We are so grateful to have found such a caring place for our daughters.

The staff here is always so helpful and caring. A special thank you to Maryorie—she truly goes above and beyond. She pays close attention to detail, responds promptly, and always makes sure everything is handled with care. Her dedication and kindness never go unnoticed, and I am so grateful for her support. Dr. Ventura is absolutely phenomenal. She went out of her way to call me before her office hours regarding a crucial, time-sensitive matter. That level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication is rare, and it made such a difference for me. I am deeply appreciative of the entire team for consistently providing such a positive and supportive experience. They truly set the standard for excellence. Highly recommend!

HELLLO, dose anyone in this office seriously pick up the phone let alone having the waiting room be a hot mess packed with people to the brim and people with appointments not being taking seriously and don’t even get my started on the sour faces that great you at the front desk and give you the nastiest attitudes for simply asked to there job and asked for a school note for my sick child for the day of the visit when asked what doctor was it that had seen us I simply couldn’t put my finger on it and received an eye roll and loud sigh before getting up and making a side comment in Spanish on how these and I quote “ these younger parents are a mess”, im a women of color and don’t look like I speak the language so I’m used to this and when hearing this I just turned around and took my child a

I was given an appointment at 9:30 am and I have to wait for 2 hours in the waiting area with full of sick kids. They do no respect the patients’ time.

I have about 9 years coming to this location. The staff are usually really friendly. There’s always availability for appointment and the doctors respect your opinion. The only thing I can complain about is the wait time. Which by my surprise it has improved during my last few visits.
