Passaic Community Pharmacy

Absolute atrociously incompetent, in terms of the internal customer service side, their delivery driver side, and the management side that continues to employ such people. Every month, it is the same thing - 15 phone calls to me from employees who don't or can't communicate with each other - because they either cannot relay the delivery address properly, or the driver can't comprehend it, or one of any other insane number excuses for delayed delivery when this is an order that has been being filled monthly, unchanged, for 8 months. I have recommended to the physician's office to stop referring patients to this pharmacy.

This pharmacy had me waiting for 30/45 minutes for a shot. In which they would not allow me access to their restroom. It’s crazy when you spend your money in this establishment then denied access to a rest room. Also to wait 30/45 minutes for a shot. I usually like to support small businesses. Then again this is why i refuse to majority of the time. This place is located at 339 Passaic Street. If you don’t know spanish you shouldn’t be seeking your meds or any business from this location period..

I have been a very faithful customer for Passaic Community Pharmacy For approximately 3 1/2 years. The only reason I selected them in the beginning was because of their delivery service half of their staff doesn’t speak English and doesn’t even know what you’re talking about when you go in with issues. You’re the worst pharmacy I have ever come across in my life. If you want my suggestion, go to CVS Walgreens or Rite Aid. Don’t waste your time with Passaic Community pharmacy.

This was one of the best pharmacy I had been with! for OVER 19 years unfortunately it's the worst now ! Unfortunately! If you want to continue seeing your love one healthy and and getting the medication they need for whatever condition they have and you wish to keep them going in life with there medication DO Not! DO Not! Go to this pharmacy! There staff are very Unprofessional Very rude Show no care or Interest or empathy for no one They definitely do not care about their patients When calling the pharmacy and given a complaint of anything that was wrongly done they do not pass the message to management neither to the owner They may pretend they do and they leave you on hold for the longest And never answer You do not get your medication on time The drivers take you

Been going to this place for years but now I will be switching to a different location. They switch my medication with a different brand, I can call an hour earlier so I can pick up my medication they said it would be ready and I would still have to wait 15-20 minutes when I get there. Don’t send your prescription to this place it’s not worth the wait and they make many mistakes without letting you know. Missing pills without saying anything, by the time you realize you didn’t receive all the medication you would have to return for another trip. It’s very unprofessional.
