The Allergy Department is impossible to deal with. Ms. Walker, the administrator or scheduler, refuses to schedule you if she doesn't care for your health insurance or like what part of DC you live in. She will first tell you that she doesn't see your referral in their system. Then when you call back a few hours later, she acts as if she doesn't remember speaking with you just 2 hours prior. Ms. Walker can clearly hear that you are experiencing a severe allergy as you struggle to breathe and repeatedly answer her redundant questions in between coughing fits but she does not care. Now she'll change her excuse for refusing to schedule you with an allergist. Her new excuse is that although she does have your referral, it will take "several days" for a doctor to review your medical records: w

For people who don’t use a car to get into the building, the only ways to access it are through the main entrance or the Verstandig Pavilion even though you can physically see the building. The hospital plainly doesn’t value transit in DC.

I have never seen such a disgusting hospital bathroom. I went in to have an MRI w/ "Dr. Mark Zawadsky" for a year long knee pain and he told me to take Advil or get injections. #legalDrugpushers. A complete waist of my time. Need an homeopathic MD.
