Always a great experience here at Paso Del Norte Pediatrics and the wait is not long. The staff in the front is welcoming and very polite, as well as the assistants in the back are awsome with my kid. Doctor Gutierrez (Dr. G) is the best, he is very attentive, courteous, and friendly. Always listens and has never been dismissive at all. He knows my kid since she was a baby. 💯 Recommended!

Absolutely ridiculous 2 hour wait times and one Doctor on staff. We had a 3:45 appt and after 2 hours we just left. The Doctor took his sweet time with each patient in a hallway loaded with other patients waiting. He had the nerve to strike up a conversation with nurses in the hall in between patients as well wasting even more time. Why a place loaded with nurses won't allow them to do annual physicals/shots is beyond me while also not having more Doctors on staff. We're going to find another primary care elsewhere.

Our children have been patients of Dr. Gutierrez for many years and he continues to provide top notch professional attention and a keen sense of instincts to his patients needs. We love the care he shows to our daughter while providing a comfortable environment for her during her appointments.

Sonia front desk is very professional and very good with customer service. Most of the MA's r pretty friendly. As of now I enjoy taking my baby to see Dr Gutierrez. Pretty satisfied with the service given at the Doctor's office.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Dr. Gutierrez is the absolute best! He’s always very attentive and has great bedside manners. I would highly recommend bringing your child/children here
